- Shin guards are required for all games. These can be purchased at most sporting goods stores as well as Wal-Mart and Target. Please wear your shin guards during practice as well. Cleats are not mandatory.
- Lehi City has given us three soccer balls to use at practice. If you have a soccer ball (we will be playing with a #5 ball) please bring it to practice. (Don't forget to write your name on your ball to avoid confusion.)
- Staying hydrated while you exercise is very important! Please remember to bring water to practices and games.
- We will be placing a huge emphasis on sportsmanship. Working hard, playing fair, and cheering each other on will make all the difference in how much fun we have playing soccer. Parents, please make sure you have completed the S.A.G.E. program before we begin our games. You can complete it online at Lehi City's website, or call them if you have any questions. The Legacy Center's phone number is 768-7124.
- For our age group, 10 girls play at once. Nine on the field and one in the goal. We have a total of 11 girls on our team (which means we will have only one substitute!) so being to games on time will be extremely important. If there are any transportation issues, please let me know. We will do everything we can to facilitate car pooling if that is needed.
*We will have a brief parent's meeting at the beginning of practice on Tuesday, Aug. 5. I look forward to meeting all of you. I will be passing out our game schedule and the information for team pictures.
Once we start our game schedule, we will practice 2 times a week. Practices will be Thursday nights from 6:00-7:30pm and Saturday mornings from 10:00-11:30am. All practices will be held at Summer Crest Park (1900 N 1150 E, Lehi).
